Hi, Friends! I'm Alex

A lifestyle photographer serving west and northern Michigan. I am based out of Evart, a very very small town. My husband, 5 year old son, and I live a quite simple life on our 10 acres. Chickens, bunnies, dogs, and a cat join us on our piece of land. I do TONS of traveling to the west coast of Michigan, that is where my heart lays for photographing my clients. I also have a lovely little studio in my town for indoor sessions. I'm a big lover of sunset sessions and the beach. I treasure this passion of mine and being able to share it with others. Storytelling and documenting an authentic experience is what I strive for. Emotion over perfection is how I describe my shooting style. I am very laid back and aim for my clients to feel comfortable in their experience. I love true to color images while deepening them with rich, warm, deep tones.
